Within our Component manufacturing
business, HBC Engineering Solutions currently
produces & assemblies over 100 million plastic components
and 140 million pressed metal components per year
for many customers across a variety of industries.
Our immediate success within our first year of trading
following a management buyout has provided us with
a projected annual turnover of £17M.
Tool making service; mould & press tools
Our Toolmaking
service has created over £1M of sales through
the design and manufacture of mould tools & press
tools. We have over forty years experience in the
design and manufacture of tooling from low volume
entry-level tools to high specification, complex tools
for mass production requirements. We are active members
of the Gauge and Toolmakers Association (GTMA).
Customer specific product & component assembly
Our customer specific assembly
section is a fast growing business that specialises
in small to medium batch assembly of electro-mechanical
systems in exact accordance with our customer’s requirements.
This is seen as a major influence in converting fixed
costs to variable costs without compromising quality
or time.
