Las Iguanas opened its doors 20 years ago, starting small in a quiet Bristol street in 1991, and now has more than 22 South American styled locations across the UK. A lot has changed in that time, not only for Las Iguanas but also for South America. Brazil is one of the world’s leading developing economies and this has sparked a sense of rebirth and confidence which is deliberately reflected in the restaurant environment. Each restaurant is unique: the bright and bold interiors of Las Iguanas’ restaurants are inspired by regular visits to South America where the team source modern interior design features and eye-catching artefacts. This new restaurant in Westfield Stratford is their largest so far and sets the benchmark for future expansion. |
