These designs are fed through our manufacturing CNC technology to one of several machines to produce the tool. Our engineering team are highly skilled and will often spot and diagnose efficient tooling performance using moldflow analysis and through consultation.

Moldflow analysis verifies tool performance and robustness under test conditions. We also offer rapid prototyping to view and test a design prior to committing to major investment in tooling.
