HBC Engineering Solutions Limited was one of the first UK companies to be registered to the new quality management system BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and has held that certificate since January 2001. In addition, we also hold the environmental certificate under BS EN ISO14001. In 2002, we were awarded the British Safety Council's Five-Star Award.

The goal of HBC Engineering Solutions Limited is to achieve optimum external and internal customer satisfaction levels. The senior management team is committed to the support of managerial and operating systems to realise that goal.

By continually questioning and enhancing the mechanism that deliver our products. We view each employee as a customer for work done by other employees or suppliers with a right to expect and receive work, on time, in the correct manner and of the agreed quality. We use the following as a guideline for how we deal with the environment: "We take care of our environment and actively support all efforts to improve the situation, exceeding any statutory legislation where possible."
